Audio-Gastrointestinal Paintings

These are audio studies I've produced as research for a new body of two-dimensional work.

They're pretty simple scores, composed with conventional instruments for the most part- with the exception of a creaking board under my apartment floor. I hope to deconstruct the unambiguous elements eventually, but I feel that some structure might assist me directionally as I begin working with sound. I tried to consider negative space in the audio so as to echo my current compositional preoccupations in traditional painting. These two pieces concern themselves with my digestive tract. Enjoy.
